REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If you wish to return an item, kindly reach out to our customer support via email by clicking here to submit a return request. When contacting us, please include your ORDER #, full name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Refunds, store credits, or replacements will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please be aware that we may ask you to send pictures or a video of the item if it’s damaged or defective before you return it. Additionally, we will send you troubleshooting steps to follow, which are necessary to expedite the return process and help you avoid any fees.
Report any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer within 24 hours of delivery. Consumable items such as bars, gummies cartridges, and pre-rolls are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your original shipping was complimentary, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
A 15% return processing fee may apply for:
– Opened or non-defective returns.
– Items with physical damage or user error that may have caused the defect.
– Items not cleaned and emptied before returning.
Promotion Terms & conditions;
Regarding promotional items, please note that they are considered final sale. In the event that a promotional item is found to be defective, we can offer store credit or a refund, but replacements are not available. If you wish to return other items from an order that included a promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned. Failure to do so will result in the regular price of the promotional item being deducted from your refund.
Refused orders:
For orders that are refused by either the customer or the shipping carrier for any reason, a 10% return processing fee will apply, and shipping charges are not refundable. If you benefited from free shipping, the cost we incurred to ship the package will be deducted from your refund.
We take great care in verifying the information on our website, but sometimes an error might slip through, or there may be updates from manufacturers that we haven’t been informed about. We maintain the right to amend any incorrect information and we are not liable for any typographical mistakes.
